The Magic of Nature-sweet gifts just for you:our winemaking team chose Yecla to create Pasas Uva Blanca. Sun kissed grapes clusters send sweet whispers of sweet pineapple and ripe banana fruit, juicy raisins and ribbons of vanilla swirling around you. Each sweet sip will tell a delicious story and bring you closer to the wonderful joys of Nature.

Winemaking

Late harvest, manually, in early to mid October. Each variety was individually vinified. After gentle de-stemming and crushing the grapes were gently pressed in pneumatic presses. The musts were cold settled in stainless steel tanks and racked off the heavy lees after 24 hours. Inoculated with selected yeast culture, temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 12-16º.

Tasting notes

Light straw yellow colour. The aromas are intense fruity reminiscent of citrus, kiwi, papaya, sweet pineapple, ripe banana and a gentle touch of honey. On the palate the wine is rich and juicy. It leaves a velvety caress as it moves around your palate. The wine has a great balance between natural sweetness and fruity acidity.
