The Magic of Nature-sweet gifts just for you: Winemakers David Tofterup and Daniel Gimenez team up in Jumilla to create Pasas Sonrosado. Sun kissed grapes clusters send sweet whispers of rosy summer; sweet wild strawberries and refreshing raspberries fruits, and ribbons of rose petals swirling around you. Each sweet sip will tell a delicious story and bring you closer to the wonderful joys of Nature.

Winemaking

Late harvest, manually, in early October. After gently de-stemming and crushing the must were macerated in contact with the skins for 24 hours followed b y pneumatic press. The must was cold settled in stainless steel tanks and racked off the lees after 24 hours. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14-16ºC

Tasting notes

Bright salmon pink colour. Intriguing aromas of blueberries, strawberries, fresh plums and delicate touch of violets. The palate is coated smoothly with flavors of red berries and rose petals. The wine is left to linger in your mouth with a pleasant sensation of ripe fresh raspberry.
