Its light salmon pink colour is the result of a short contact with the grapes’ skins prior to primary fermentation. Fine and persistent bubbles. Pleasantly intense aromas of red berries, exotic citrus fruit reminiscent of mandarins and blood orange, rich butter croissant, resulting in a cava that is mild and well balanced in the mouth.
