At Hammeken Cellars, we are incredibly proud of the latest recognition we have achieved at the international competition Gilbert & Gaillard. Double Gold for Abrigo Garnacha Tintorera 2019 limited edition and Gold for the 2022 Sancta Yusta Garnacha. This recognition brings us great joy.

The acknowledgment comes from the 'Challenge International Gilbert & Gaillard', an annual competition organized by the French magazine Gilbert & Gaillard. The competition is open to wineries and producers from around the world, and the wines are judged by a panel of international experts in blind tastings.

A limited edition wine within our BOUTIQUE range. 100% Garnacha Tintorera, with DO Almansa and sourced from vines aged between 30 and 50 years. A vinous gem that leaves no one indifferent.

SANCTA YUSTA GARNACHA 2022 - GOLD

This is one of our latest novelties. Also 100% Garnacha, with DO Cebreros, one of the most unique and exclusive areas of the Iberian Peninsula.

It grows at an altitude of about 800-900 m, hence the wine has particular characteristics: balanced, elegant, fruity, and fresh. Receiving an award in such a prestigious competition means gaining visibility and international recognition, which makes us very happy. It motivates us to continue excited and motivated to produce products of the highest quality.
