Meet the Hammeken Cellars Team: Manuela Bayón

Manuela Bayón is the Export Manager for the UK, Germany, France, Norway, and the USA, working with dedication to position our wines in these markets.

Her passion for languages and wine led her to this industry, where she combines her degree in Anglo-Germanic Philology with WSET2 and WSET3 certifications.

One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is building brand presence in each market alongside importers. Seeing how our wines are recognized and valued by consumers, and visiting them in their home countries, fills her with pride. "It’s incredibly satisfying to see our wines positioned in every corner of the world," shares.

Manuela’s optimism and perseverance shine both in her personal and professional life. Her motto, "The two things you have total control over in life are your attitude and your effort," encapsulates her approach to every challenge.

Her favorite wine is Gotas de Mar Godello Barrica, a perfect choice to enjoy by the sea and in great company.
