Patricia Girón

A licensed biologist, has joined the Hammeken Cellars Winemaking Team in 2012, as the Wine Quality Controller. With her education in biology combined with having grown up in the vineyards of La Mancha she is an asset to this strong team, aiding all the winemakers with the analytical data and establishing the parameters of quality control throughout all the regions, as well as collaborating as a winemaker with the wine collections coming from Castilla La Mancha region.
