Pedro José Azorín

Pedro José Azorín is a key member of the Hammeken Cellars winemaking team and is responsible for the Levante region. He also serves as Operations Director at Finca Las Piñas, the group’s winery located in Jumilla, where he oversees the various processes to deliver a comprehensive, top-quality bag-in-box packaging solution.

With more than two decades of experience in the wine industry, Pedro José has led major technical projects in Yecla, managing an average annual production of 10 million kilos of grapes. Coming from a family of four generations of winegrowers, he trained as a winemaker and completed a Master’s Degree in Viticulture, Oenology, and Wine Marketing.
