At Hammeken Cellars, teamwork is essential, and one of the pillars supporting our company is the Production department. Today, we get to know Salva a little better, who will celebrate his 3rd anniversary with the company this September. His role is key, handling tasks such as managing production orders and overseeing bulk movements.

When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Salva doesn't hesitate to highlight the value of camaraderie. “Working side by side with my colleagues, like one big family,” is, for him, the most rewarding aspect of his role.

With a background in Business Administration, his calm demeanor and drive to overcome challenges allow him to face each task with patience and perseverance—an attitude he brings to every project he leads. In fact, one of his life mottos is: "Live each day as if it were your last."

When it comes to wine, his favorite is clear: Gotas de Mar Barrica, a wine he finds perfect to share during a gathering with friends or a nice dinner with a partner.
