Pablo Estévez

Pablo was born in Benshein, Germany, yet his ancestors have been Galician winemakers for over a century. He’s always been passionate about wine since childhood, and so he understood early in life that he wanted to become an oenologist. He’s an expert in Galician varietals, and he’s been collaborating for a long time with local wineries as a consultant. In 2011 he had the opportunity to work with one of the most important South African wineries, which has enriched his vision of the wine world by complementing it with an international perspective. 

Pablo collaborates with Hammeken Cellars since 2014 and without him we could have not reached the amazing quality we have with Gotas de Mar Godello and Gotas de Mar Albariño.
