The vineyards, planted on granite soils and trained using the VSP system, benefit from a humid Atlantic climate marked by mild temperatures, wet winters and frequent sea fog. These conditions, combined with early-morning hand harvesting, allow the grapes to retain freshness, precision and balance.

Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures, followed by six months of ageing on fine lees, enhancing texture and complexity while preserving the wine’s Atlantic identity. Produced in limited quantities, Gotas de Mar Limited Edition stands as a contemporary interpretation of Spanish white wines, shaped by the sea, climate and meticulous winemaking.

Bright yellow colour with greenish highlights. Intense aromas of peach, white flowers, mineral notes and citrus, underpinned by a fresh herbal nuance. On the palate, a pronounced yet well-balanced acidity, with flavours of stone fruit, citrus and mineral character. The finish is persistent, driven by appetising acidity and a long, complex aftertaste.
